Little sagging of breast

Asked for Female, 22 Years

I am 22 years old nd my under bust size is 34 but my cup size is 36B and my weight is 69kgs height is 5feet6 inches should i take any medications to reduce my breast size or could you suggest me any other exercises and foods that reduce the size
