  4. Little pain in right ear. Of infection?

Little pain in right ear
From last 2-3 days I am getting slight stabbing pain in my right ear. It last hardly for a second. I am also having a little cold in my nasal area. Is this pain can be harmful? What are the reasons for this? Any kind of infection?
