Little fever with watery running nose

I have a little fever with watery nose with full body ache. I have taken 1 tab strepsils then with a gap of 6 hours i have taken meftal forte 1 tab after dinner I want to ask that is it ok ?the combination of both the medicines any dangers or side effects?

No. No side effects b/w these two. Take only Paracetamol 650mg 1 tab thrice daily for 3 days. Take steam Inhalation. You also need some medications for watery nose.
