Little cough type patches in stool
I m finding 2-3 little cough type patches in first stool while passing stool. It comes only in very first stools then it stops . There is no other crunch or stomach pain problem . Facing little gas problem with bad smell sometimes.Pls advice on it .

Dear sir you may have Small frequent meals and avoid spicy and oily food. Take plenty of time to chew your food properly and have Small portions. Have plenty of fluids but avoid any liquid until one hour after meals. Avoid any excess tea or coffee and any substance abuse like smoking or alcohol. If this still persist then you may consult with a gastro enterologist for further evaluation and management
