Hearing problem may be due to age related . Is there any associated ringing sound in the ear or giddiness? Please visit a nearby ENT clinic and also do a hearing evaluation like PTA ( pure tone audiometry)

Kindly get Pure Tone Audiometry done.
It could be age related hearing loss,but better to consult nearest Ent specialist.
