Hi. I have this issue of chapped lips continuously from 2 years and small bumbs ony upper lip. My Saliva is also very thick.. What disease is it and is it contagious.

Please drink enough water and other liquids to keep hydrated. Do get in touch with a dermatologist for further evaluation and treatment. Till such time you can apply vaseline lip balm (plain).
