Lipomas in breat
Hllo i have lipomas in my right braest no discharge and 26 year old ...i ahve very big breast...main isuue that i done 3 usg in 6 months which show increae size of lipoma and coming new lipoma ...is this serious...is increasing size cause cancer in future .or is it need to removal...as m confised what is it lipoma or other thing...as i attached my reports pls tell m too much worried

the lesions in the report are benign as per reports.no need to worry..but do a routine screening yearly... if still in doubt or fear get a fnac of swelling done..will show whether there are benign or malignanct cells

This is benign only. Future chances of lipoma turning into cancer is very unusual. But there are many factors to decide that. You look over weight for your height. Are you married or not? This also carries significance What about your menstrual cycles? Regular or irregular? Is there any members of your family affected by cancer breast? ( Like your elder mother, grandmother) These are all important to decide this

All the lesions in breast are most likely benign as well as small as per the reports.
Next Steps
Regular follow up with USG scans If there is increase in size , than it may mandate surgical excision of the lesion. If there is no increase in size, conservative management to be opted
