I have lipoma can i eat catfish is it good for a lipoma patient to eat catfish or not,and please tell what type of fish can i eat,because i am very intrested in eating fish but my family members are telling not to eat catfish,please tell me ,thanks in advance

good evening. Role of particular type of fish with development of lipoma is not corelated in research. lipomas are benign fat cell deposits .

Lipomas are benign growths made up of fat cells. There is no known association of lipomas and intake of fish. You could surely consume fish.
