Lipoma, no pain and small size
I have a lipoma on my right thigh, consulted a surgeon and he suggested for surgery. Is there any home remedy available to cure this?

There is no other cure for lipoma apart from removing it surgically. If it isn't of a cosmetic concern for you and it's not growing in size, it shouldn't be a problem.
Next Steps
keep checking it every 6 weeks for change in colour, size, hardness.
