If my dad has 50 lipoma than I will also get 50 lipoma or less or more than that ? and how to stop this family tendency of lipoma ?

As per current medical science literature, lipoma cannot be prevented in successive generations as they are genetically determined. There is no much treatment to offer other than the surgical removal of the ones that cause pain. You can consult a doctor from medical genetics for more precise information on this.
