Hi, My age 32 Male, my Triglycerides is 179 , LDL is 100, HDL is 26. Do I need any medicine for Triglycerides or LDL?? I take cilacar T for Blood pressure. It remains 110/80.

Hi, you need some life style modifications Cut down on junk food Eat more vegetables and less of oily food Start work out regualrly( just walking for 1 hour ) Drink plenty of fluids

Your fasting lipid profile shows triglycerides in borderline range and normal low density lipoproteins(LDL) and low high density lipoproteins (HDL)....you don't need any medication to bring down your triglycerides right now .
Next Steps
avoid junk food ,try to avoid oily and ghee food...go for healthy dietary options ...go for regular walks and exercises
