Hi, I have went for a LIPID PROFILE Test and only 2 results look bit high VLDL CHOLESTROL: 44 and TRIGLYCERIDES : 221. I nned help whether it effects anything or if I do some exercise that is fine.

Lipid or cholesterol treatment depends on your medical history and risk profile. Like if u r a smoker or diabetic or hypertensive or have family history of heart disease u have different and stiffer targets for lipid levels and requires intensive therapy.
