Excess fat accumulation in the lower body (hips, thighs, and buttocks) combined with knee problems can be challenging, especially if it’s Osteoarthritis of knees. This fat distribution pattern may be due to genetics, hormonal imbalances, or other factors like reduced mobility over time.
Since the upper body has responded to dieting, tweaking her diet to promote overall fat loss while supporting joint health can be very helpful in her case.
Next Steps
Before implementing any such diet plan, consult to rule out underlying conditions such as hormonal imbalances or any nutritional deficiencies.
