I have very very dry and pigmented lips and want a affirmation lip ointment for the same, please suggest. And good lip balm with spf for morning use (affordable)

If you want a lip ball with spf, chaptex lip balm has spf 15. You'll need frequent reapplication. The pigmentation will require separate treatment, though

Hey there. Dry lips are common as we are subjected to dehydration and it is interlinked to pigmentation so using a good lip balm with SPF coverage in the morning and a depigmenting lip balm frequently throughout the day would be helpful
