Lip discoloration and dark lips

Asked for Male, 30 Years

My lips are dark and discolored due to smoking. I was advised by my friend to apply tooth paste on my lips which is a stupid thing I did tat caused discoloration and chemical burn. My lips was natural pink but now dark and discolored making my look weird. It is causing a lot of issue in my personal life. I need help. I used chemical peels still tat made my lips black. Still turning black tat discoloration in one region is not Goin. Need help.
