Lingual tonsils hypertrophy
I have lingual tonils hypertrophy from last 2 years i have discomfort in throat and I have attached screenshot of my endoscopy video

If it is causing discomfort or difficulty in swallowing.. Best to get it biopsied or removed.. Lingual thyroid is not all that very common.. It could be a minor salivary gland tumor or hypertrophic papillae due to reflux disease.. Please get it evaluated further
