Dont always think of covid, fever may be of different causes and once check her crp levels and it's also needed to rule out urine tract infection and check out fever profile tests also, and till then manage symptomatically with dolo 650 when fever persist

99.2 was taken at what time during the day?
An A.M. temperature of 98.9 F and P.M. temperature of 99.9 F is normal body temperature variation. Do a temperature charting for 3 days. If similar variation is found, then need not worry. If at any point temperature touches 100 F, then take a consult of your preferred consultant.
Mild fever may persist in post covid cases, use paracetamol(650) 1 tab sos, and for blocked nose, I would advise steam inhalation with karvol+ thrice daily for 7-10 days, kindly mention if she has any co morbidities or not.
