Covid fever not going away
My husband's Covid fever is not going away even after 10 days.His ESR is 29 and oxygen saturation is 96 since 1 week. His fever rises when he don't have paracetamol Currently he is taking clavam and ivermectin Wanted to know can I give him steroids?

Blood tests need to be done. CBC CRP D-DIMER LDH Is there any cough or History of smoking or past infection in lungs like Tb/Severe Pneumonia or Bronchitis etc He may need an HRCT chest Post that we may think of steroids.
