Continue only dolo whenever necessary max upto one tablet every 5 hrs. Continue vitamins. Antibiotics not necessary. Covid might stay for one more week, be patient, take bed rest. Nothing will happen. Hope you have taken vaccination. Hydrate yourself well

May be due to high CRP level Or secondary bacterial infection, where you need culture and sensitivity test to decide the antibiotics sensitivity
