Lingament injury
PCL injury was seen in left knee  MRI report. But clinically checking suggested it was just a mild sprain . Is that possible mri can mislead. Again she is able to  run and practice football without pain . No swelling as such  and no pain . Do I believe MRI reports or clinically checked conclusion How do I go ahead with any kind of treatment

Hello.... I would go with clinical judgement.... MRI is a tool to reconfirm what one has clinicaly examined.... So please be with your Doctor.....trust him rather than the machine....

MRI CANT BE MISLEAD AND YES YOU SHOULD GO FOR CLINICAL BECAUSE EVEN IF THERE IS NO PAIN &I NO SWELLING BUT ITS KNEE JOINT CASE SO CANT TAKE RISK BECAUSE IF IT STARTS PAIN EXCESS THEN YOU HAVE TO GO FOR PAINKILLERS

If the degree of injury is mild it may not clinically show symptoms.but advice of ortho and physiotherapist will help you.
