Lignocaine hydrochloride gel for fissure
How long lignocaine hydrochloride gel for fissure can be used so that there should not be any side effects, i mean long term side effects.
Doctor told me to put Jatyadi oil using catheter in rectum and use this for catheter lubrication.
My blood has stopped a two weeks back but have intense itching sensation after morning bowel and it goes only after applying oil.
Also, taking triphala guggula, kankayan vati and abhayarishta twice a day after food.

2nd :- take fibrous fruit and vegetable salad
3rd:-avoid non veg do not eat non veg.
4th:-when your nails grow automatic itching start.cut your nails one or two time a day
5th:-maintain hygiene.
You already taking medicine so along with these medicine drink one lt.water in a day means 1/ 2 glass of water after an hr.
6th:- where you feel itching apply mustard oil at that part or apply mustard oil at naval after bath.

You should not strain while defecation and itching will also be treated. Apply Jatyadi tailam .
Ayurvedic medicines the anal fissure in best way .
You can use a stool softener.

Fissure in ano is manageable with conservative treatment...
You can stop after 2 weeks if your symptoms have reduced ..
