Lightheadedness
I am 18 years old. I generally does not eat food in night . I just take some watermelons. And after 8 in night , I generally eat another morning at 10 a.m.. sir when i wake up i feel normal but as the day pass on , i feel very lightheaded ....like there is only sensation of dizziness not actual dizzy .. so can it be a sugar problem?... or what other ...it is persisting from last 4-5 days.

If you feel dizziness then you can get your blood sugar checked and maybe think of having a balanced and adequate diet as per your caloric requirement.

You are no taking regular diet. There is long duration you were in empty stomuch,  it can cause such problems .
Next Steps
dont keep your stomuch empty for longer time,  take regular meal. specially at night also.

You need to get balanced diet Your approach to diet is not correct Have proper diet and do some physical exercise as your time permits either morning or evening
