Lightheaded & dizzi sansation
Last 5 month i have a issue of lightheadness or dizzi sansation when i move my neck or head so many time in routine or rotate quickly than i feel lightheadness or dizzy sansation not all spining and unable to focus on a moveable or running or bouncing things.. I feel dizziness after having a prolonged eye to eye contact conversation with someone. Too much focus or concentration is making me dizzy. all test and brain mri echo ecg reports found normal could this diagnosable??? Or curable???
