Lightbrown patches are appearing on nose
Its spreading rapidly on left side of my nose And small patch on my cheeky its enlargement of the that patch is increasing day by day. And its light brown in colour
I hope its melasma

Dear Patient , please consult a dermatologist in person as pigmentation is of different types and clinical examination is the best way to arrive at a diagnosis.
Based on the type of pigmentation various treatments from creams, procedures like peels , lasers etc.,. can be done

Start using a doctor prescribed sunscreen as the regular use of a sunscreen aids in decreasing the pigmentation by itself and also prevents further pigmentation !
