Light headedness

Asked for Female, 28 Years

I'm 28 year female. Past one week I'm getting felling of light headedness that ill get swayed away and that I can't balance my neck wen turned suddenly from one side to other. I hv checked with a general physician n he asked me to take stugil and stemetil MD tablet for 3 days. Heavyness of head is reduced but still I feel I can't balance. What is this problem? I don't have low bp.
