Light gray mark/very light bump on back

Question

Asked for Male, 23 Years

I have a grayish circular bump mark on my back. It doesnt hurt and is very light on touch. That is you dont feel it much when you touch it but the skin feels a little different there , like it does on a scar. Its not by birth. Just recently observed it.
