Cauliflower type light bump on head,

Asked for Male, 26 Years

I have a small bump on my left side of head.. It doesnt itch or pain but i want to know what it is and how i treat it.. I also have tiny spots near my navel and my right finger is dried up and not getting to normal. There is no itch or any pain. plz help me
