I had fever for last 2 days, I have taken dolo 650 tablet twice a day. Having headache, feeling heavy head while walking, unable to eat food. Please guide me.

HELLO, TABLET DOLO650 ROUND THE CLOCK THREE TIMES. TABLET AZITHROMYCIN 500ONE PER DAY FOR THREE TO FIVE DAYS. SYRUP CIPROHEPTIDINE TWO-TIMES A DAY BEFORE LUNCH N DINNER TWO TEASPOON FUL. ADJUST ACCORDING TO DUTY HOURS AS IT CAUSES DROWSINESS. PLENTY OF LIQUIDS. O.K BYE.
