Recently I'm seeing light brown patches on my body. Very small circular patches. Ive seen them before but they went on their own and they are again on my body. What are the causes and what should i do?

Hi. Greetings. Could you send pics of your lesions on private chat ? That would be helpful to diagnose your condition. Do your patches itch when you sweat? Probably you may be having tinea versicolor which is bit a serious infection but see a dermatologist in your city and get treated with antifungal as prescribed.
