Light bleeding after iud insertion

Asked for Female, 29 Years

15 days back I have inserted mcare cu250 copper t on period 4th day n bleeding stopped on 6th day. Last week I had intercourse and after next day along with with discharge light red bleeding happend,in normal days i dont have any bleeding...may I know the reason
