I have gone through a accident and got my leg twisted so gone for MRI it shows four Impression.
1. Partial tear of ACL with buckling of PCL.
2. Myxoid degeneration in posterior horn of medical meniscus.
3. Minimal joint effusion.
4. Grade-III chondromalacia changes seen in medical eminence of patella.
WHAT ALL THESE MEAN MAJOR OR MINOR.

Partial tear of Acl indicates major injury..yoi need to be assessed for extent of injury following which surgery required or not required can be decided
