Hi , Is swimming advisable to gain muscle strength which has been lost due to partial of ligaments ACL and MCL with Sports Rehab from an experienced Sports physiotherapist.

Hi... Swimming is advisable... Do regular static and dynamic quadriceps exercises and hamstring exercises under physiatrist care....

Hi. I advice you to strength your knee muscles before you start swimming. A physiotherapist would teach you the exercises and guide you further in a proper way.
