Ligament injury
I had a accident last week , according to doctor it's a ligament injury. I was under medication but not improving much .Need consultant for the same

Do not worry.
Share x-rays and plan for a MRI if you have instability or clicking sensation.
Apply Ice packs over injured area.
Do not walk over injured knee.
