No it should not be use for long term....if u want to use do a spray on foreskin of your penis.... through this you can satisfy your partner but you can't enjoy

No... Its of no use , If u use it , it numbs ur penis and when u penetrate ur partner vagina also gets numbs and u cant Enjoy or feel sex... So useless .. Sex is done for enjoyment,  its not a duty... Take proper counseling to clear all ur doubts
