Lidocaine (sex delay spray) side effect.
Due to use of delay spray used in PME, my private part is now reddish from glance and tingling sensation and over sensitivity occured. It might be due to the fact i forgot to wash i left my penis unwashed for 7-8 hours.

Not washing does not lead to this
You have allergy to lignocaine or it's other content
Shift to lox 2% after the tingling heals completely
Apply 10min before sex and wipe off excess
If even this causes issue you have lignocaine allergy
Other methods for delayed ejaculation need to be followed
