My wife is facing libido problem... Since inception she's never had libido for intercourse... We are married for 4 yrs and till now we have intercourses for 2-3 times only.. kindly guide with some medication

I think she is having fear of pain sometimes pressure of family, work problem if she is working and financial problem also causes this type of negativity.You have to council her and change the place for few days.

Libido can be increased by multiple factors like counselling, medication and ruling out for and pathology like, pcos fibroid etc which usually causes pain, Harmonal changes, mood swings etc, so a lot needs to be investigated and corrected accordingly.
