LFT's sgot sgpt abnormal

Asked for Male, 26 Years

Last month i had tested for LFT where i got sgot and sgpt 128 and 131 respectively but today data of LFT's sgpt and sgot become low but still high as 57 and 67 .are they normal or abnormal to liver ?? what should i do to get under 40 .
