My cousin is 9 months old, and she has had a fever for one week with intermittent fever and severe cough with nasal discharge. Her pediatrician prescribed levosalbutamol syrup (2 ml, 3 times per day) and azithromycin syrup (3 ml for 5 days). Today is the third day, and the cough is still present. She is very irritated by the cough, which is a chesty cough. Can you kindly suggest if azithromycin and levosalbutamol are safe for my baby?
