Dosage of paracetamol syrup for 9 months
Hi Doctor,
My baby boy aged 9 and half months having fever of ~100.8 since last night and no other symptoms except feeling little bit week. Can you suggest the syrup dosage for fever. Currently we are using Fepanil drops.

Dose of paracetamol depends on weight.Considering approx 8 kg u can give fepanil drops 1.2 ml every six hourly.
Better get consulted with Pediatrician.Self medication not Advised.

the dosage is decided according to the weight of the child so if the weight of the child is around 8 to 10 kg you can give 1.3 to 1.5 ml to the child for fever from the paracetamol drops your having.
