Level of fasting blood sugar
My wife 26 years age, her fasting blood sugar is 123 in glucometer.
Is it very high?? Do we need to start any medicine? Kindly advice.

Do venous FBS , PP and HbA1c to confirm the diagnosis.
Glucometer’s are not meant for diagnosis, they are made for monitoring purpose in a diabetic
