Hi, we cannot rule out leukemia by just seeing cbc, we need to have a complete clinical examination of the patient and peripheral smear of blood also we have to see. Acute leukemia present in a short duration of 2 weeks with fever, easy fatigue, bleeding gums, or body pains. But the chronic leukemia present with long standing low grade fever, weight loss, fatigue. .
