My father was diagnosed CLL in December 2024 it was an incidental finding , which we found out after a regular checkup for cbc , that time patient complaint was running nose , fever and cough. After running tests of cytogenetics it was found out that there is positive p53 ( 17p13) deletion also AIHA DCT 2 positive Hb is 9.8 and now patient is also complaining of rapid weight loss , increase TLC . According to IPI Grading it is 7. So we need a second opinion regarding treatment plan for further management. Patient is a known case of  sub clinical Hypothyroidism. TSH is 13. Dose of his medication has been increased form1 month know. Patient is on thyrox 125
