Can lesuride 25 mg twice daily for 3 months cause nerve damage?
For IBS and functional dyspepsia...I was prescribed Librax and Lesuride but other Doctors say it cause phsycological problems and nerve damage Also Kidney and liver is not safe.
Please advise.

You should not take lesuride for more than 2 weeks. It can cause neurological changes such as tremors, stiffness, back pain. Also Librax should not be taken for such a long duration.
