Lessen d pain of fistula

Asked for Female, 30 Years

I hav been having pain for fissure problem and now after 2 days it burst out near anal. it happns every after 6 months approx but dis time even after bursting out last night ..since morning it is paining dere in the opening of funsi.please suggest me what can i do to lessen my pain
