I was having piles. fissure and fistula and done laser operation 10 day before.my age is 27yrs. After post surgery its paining,they gave medicine volveran100 and ultracet for pain relief. Volveran 100 is better than Ultracet but it is not good for health for long term and it has side effects of constipation so i take volveran once a day in morning.what the best alternative medicine for pain relief which is safe to take and will get immediate effect on piles fissure fistula pain relief
