Less Vitamin D and B12
Having less Vitamin B12, feels very lazy and sleepy. Along with that Vitamin D is also less ,5% less than normal range. Please suggest.

sunlight is the Best source of vitamin D. try to sit in sunlight for 30 minutes daily. take tab D3  must  60 k once a week. and B12 tablet twice daily for three weeks.

For Drficiency of B-12&D,U need to  start taking More Dal related food,Regularly Sprouts,Millets&Milk daily twice,Diary products like Curd/Butter milk,Eggs(one egg with yellow&remaing withput yellow)..have to b followed regularly,Though for temporary improvmnt if u take supplements.&All seasonal fruits to b taken.
