Less urine output
I m 72 year old female...i recenlty got kft chckd..its 1.8 creatinine n 75 urea...i hv little swelling on face and rest is ok...fell less urine output n little fatigue....rest i hv no issue...is it serious ..if its kidney disease is it akd or ckd....m on strict diet ..no protein n salts....i hv history of hyoertension for that m taking cilnidipine

Madam you probably need to get a Ultrasound of KUB region, to assess whether there is any swelling in the kidneys and to know about the echo texture of the kidney. If the echogenicity is increased, then it then it's ckd as you mentioned. if you otherwise it's akd. if there are any swelling in the kidneys, then you need to consult a Urologist to relieve the obstruction.
