Greetings, madam. Sleep disorder is a behavior disorder I always suggest Hot water bath before sleep, Give feed. Put at regular timings feeds, put on alpha wave meditation on You-tube, Tap on his back or fore head with soothing hand movements on his back or head. Regularity in timing of going to .sleep is more important. Bed has to comfortable . nappi should be dry Continue for weeks till it becomes reflex.

Sleep hygiene. 1) make sure the sleep-time ambience of the child is calm and quiet. No flashing lights or TV lights in the bedroom. No loud noise. 2) no watching tv/ipad/or mobile phones during bedtime. 3) if there's no seperate bedroom for the kid then make sure that the parents also time their sleep time with thei children. 3) try telling a story at bed time. While telling the story make sure lights are dim and no questions are asked otherwise the child will be alert. Sleep is very important part for the brain growth. During sleep growth hormone is released and this hormone is necessary for body growth. Also, melatonin is released in the body which works as a anti inflammatory agent as well.
