  4. Lesion inside chest. Proper conclusion?

Dear Doctor, We done PET scan and results are attached. What can be conclude from that? Or biopsy will only give proper conclusion? Is lesion can be fungal for size mention in report.

Pet CT is showing lung mass, and as per pet findings it looks malignant only , however for confirmatory diagnosis biopsy is mandatory. Biopsy will also help in further characterisation/ sub typing and molecular marker testing That may help in choosing right / targeted therapies .
Next Steps
Get biopsy , FOB with ebus with cell blocks for hpe plus IHC
