Lens diopter for cataract
I have a cataract in my left eye(developed after retinal detachment surgery). I have been advised a 7 diopter monofocal lens implant. Could you please explain what this means and what low diopter lenses are?

It is very complicated process ,in short you can understand ,the higher the anterior posterior length of eye ball , chance of less diopter power of  lens you require for implantation in cataract surgery.
